A Better Health & Wellness  provides functional medicine practice both in person and online for residents of Mississippi.  We offers individualized medicine based on your specific health needs, outside of the insurance arena dictating who, what and why.  We look at the whole person and come up with a plan to optimize your health, get to the root cause of your health issues and put you on a path to true healing through a holistic approach.  A true health, not  just based on standardized medicine.
We offer individualized visits and bundled visits with a discount as well as follow up with health coaching  and the availability of a discounted continuous health coaching experience if desired. 

A Better Health Primary Care offers in-office visits and telehealth services in Biloxi, MS.  INSURANCE ACCEPTED for PRIMARY CARE.   

We utilize lab services through Quest Diagnostics, we offer lab services daily.  We also use Rupra Health which are often tests you can perform in your own home.

To make an appointment,  please contact our office number.  You may also utilize our online booking system from the main menu and book appt options.  There are options for in-office or telehealth visits (if covered by your insurance for Primary Care).  

WE OFFER TWO ROUTES TO HEALTH:   

A Better Health PRIMARY CARE is a physical practice located on the coast of MS  that provides PRIMARY CARE, incorporating some functional, integrative medicine practices to routine standardized care where allowed and receptive for those that want to take control of their health. We treat the most common diseases including Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Diabetes, and Obesity.  We accept WALK-INS for sick visits as well as routine Annual Preventive Health visits.  We also manage WEIGHT LOSS with insurance approved options.  

A Better Health & WELLNESS is strictly a cash pay practice due to insurance non-coverage for those services deemed to be considered either cosmetic in nature, concierge or functional medicine with extended time.  We do provide receipts for services for patients to submit to their insurance as some insurances may cover things like hormone replacement therapy or IV therapy.  Please ask us to provide you a receipt for your services.  

A Better Health & Wellness was designed to give extra healthcare options, a personalized health plan and continuous health coaching.  We provide functional, integrative approaches to our practice.  

A Better Health & Wellness does not allow insurance to dictate how your health is prioritized or managed for PERSONALIZED FUNCTIONAL HEALTH visits.  Unfortunately, insurance uses old statistical data sets to define guidelines for what the average person's health currently should be.  However, we know that the average person in America is unhealthy.  America's standard is just not good enough if you want to avoid disease.  We provide PERSONALIZED visits for cash pay.   A portion or all of your lab may be covered under your insurance plan, depending on the plan.  It is important that you check with your insurance provider and provide your insurance information where the services are provided.
